At WELTWOOD, we are committed to delivering our crafted wooden products to you safely. Please find all the details regarding our simple and clear shipping process below.

• Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and handed over for shipment within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.

• Shipping & Delivery Times

  • All our orders are shipped from our workshop in Turkey. Upon arrival in the United States, your package is handed over to a local carrier for final delivery.

  • The estimated delivery time to the U.S. is 10-15 business days after the order has been shipped. This timeframe includes international transit and local delivery.

• Shipping Costs

  • We are pleased to offer completely free shipping on all orders to the United States. No shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

• Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey. The tracking information will become more detailed once the package is processed by the local carrier in the United States.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Please be aware that while shipping is free, you as the recipient are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required by your state. WELTWOOD is not responsible for these charges.
